Commissioned by the Irish actor and his wife, filmmaker Keely Brosnan, the Thai inspired mansion is inspired by Brosnan’s time spent in Thailand filming Die another Day. Spaciously and thoughtfully laid out with clean lines this oceanfront mansion offers 117 feet killer ocean and beach views, it recently went on the market for a Bond-worthy $100 million.
Pierce and wife, Kelly Shaye Smith, built the almost 13,000-square-foot compound on property they purchased in 2000, they then spent ten years finishing it. Titled “Orchid House” the interior is comprised of five bedrooms, fourteen baths a gourmet kitchen and ample living areas.
At the heart of the main house is a luxurious ocean-view great room that includes living and dining areas, an oversized fireplace, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the expansive beachside deck.
